I dug out my Dads early 90s JBL speakers and Kenwood sound system from the depths of his garage which had been stored nicely for 20 years and took them in to Jason to be reconed and have all the electronics inspected and tested. He has done an amazing job and I could not recommend him highly enough. So glad I took the extra time to leave them with him get such a quality job done at a great price. Highly recommended operator - I can see a few people mention in other reviews that it can take some time for the work to be completed, but if you are patient and wait the couple of weeks it is well worth the effort.

I regularly come down all the way from Port Hedland just to shop at Soundtown. I won't shop anywhere else for anything audio related and even if I can't get down will get the guys tofreight what I need to me. The Soundtown team in my opinion are some of the most knowledge audio engineers in Australia and I would trust them with any equipment related decisions whatsoever. These guys are THE absolute professionals, they blow everyone else out of the water.

Found their business via Google and drove up to Osborne Park from south of the river to put a sub-woofer in for repair. Staff member advised I should of booked an appointment ahead of time.Filled out my details on a slip of paper and have not heard anything after several weeks. I'm fine with waiting, I can understand if they have a backlog - but surprised I wasn't issued a job number at the time or via e-mail there-following (still haven't got one). Their website does not allow for tracking of your job either.Called and left a message last week, no response yet. Might have to go in to find out what's going on. I'll update this review's rating if the work has been done to a suitable quality or if there was an understandable mix-up RE: my contact details.EDIT:Emailed them on June 15 asking for an update, received two responses a week later (June 22) indicating the part ETA would be ~7 working days. Emailed them again on July 10th asking for a further update, no contact since. Left them another voicemail today on the mobile number provided in the e-mail signature.Lowering this to a 1-star rating.

From the first phone call the team at 3 monkeys were friendly and helpful, gave great advise and made every effort to help us out. The product that we bought from them was great quality and the staff there ran through how to setup and use the equipment. Followed up a couple of days later to make sure all went smoothly. Justin was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had such excellent service. He meticulously measured the TV placement and ensured I was happy before drilling the mount onto the wall. He set up the TV and taught us how to use the notoriously tricky Samsung frame tv remote. He cleaned up afterwards. Could not fault this service A+

The IT expert attended my home and within a very short amount of time reconnected me and my computer was working much faster. Very pleased with the friendliness of the attending member of staff and the attention to detail shown. Well done. Most happy to recommend the company.
